Embark on a Wild Adventure with “Jane” – A New Apple TV+ Series for Kids and Families

Mark your calendars for the global debut of “Jane,” an inspiring new 10-episode series on Apple TV+, premiering on Friday, April 14, 2023. Inspired by the work of Dr. Jane Goodall, this mission-driven series for kids and families is brought to you by Emmy Award winner J.J. Johnson, Sinking Ship Entertainment, and the Jane Goodall Institute.

In “Jane,” Ava Louise Murchison stars as Jane Garcia, a 9-year-old environmentalist determined to save endangered animals. With her powerful imagination, Jane takes her best friends David (played by Mason Blomberg) and Greybeard the chimpanzee on extraordinary adventures to protect wild animals worldwide. As Dr. Jane Goodall says, “Only if we understand, will we care. Only if we care, will we help. Only if we help, can they be saved.”

The talented cast also includes Tamara Almeida, Dan Abramovici, Jazz Allen, and Sam Marra. Dr. Goodall herself is excited about the show’s potential to inspire children and their parents to make a difference for the environment.

This live-action/CGI-blended series, rated G, is created by J.J. Johnson, who also serves as executive producer alongside Christin Simms, Blair Powers, Matt Bishop, and Andria Teather of the Jane Goodall Institute.
